I have worked previously as an Office Administrator where I was responsible for all day to day running of the office for an engineering company. I maintained and updated all staff worksheets, sent weekly reports and ensured all staff expense reports/receipts were up to date and verified. I also handled Irish Work Visa Applications for overseas workers, through liaising with a third party.
