Unless otherwise stated, the following terms will apply to all projects. If you accept my proposal you are also agreeing to these terms:
- For fixed-price projects, I will begin work once Escrow is fully-funded
- For larger projects I may request an advance fee; I will inform you in advance if this is the case
- I reserve the right to use any work I deliver as example material for new prospects, either sent directly or showcased on my public portfolios and websites
- I reserve the right to use your company name on my profiles or websites to show prospects who I have worked with in the past
If you are unhappy with these terms, please let me know in advance - I do not mind amending them, however by default they remain as described above.
Similarly, I may also include your company name in my list of previous clients on my website or other profiles similar to, or matching, those specified above.
