For the last 13 years I have been working in the Tourism Industry, it has been a lot of fun, to take part in people's happy moments is quite a thing (and in the not so happy ones, is still quite a thing), you become memorable or part of a memory (it's corney, I know).
While working, I also made sure to live many adventures, travel extensively, laugh a lot and have many stories to tell.
Concept Developing, is being able to grow an idea into a product or service. I am capable to stretch and nurture such idea and make sure that it is homogeneous, thorough, consistent and most of all to turn it into an memorable experience. I have developed service concepts and outlets for the different hotels I have worked for in the last years, to mention my favorites:
"Hospitality in advance" and "Mexican Taste" for Maroma Resort & Spa Riviera Maya
"The Club, a world apart", "MPA: Management Performance Appraisal" and "IQ: smart, fresh, food" for Princesa Sofia Barcelona
"Indigo Restaurant", "Amaya Restaurant", "Dinner around the world" for Zoetry Agua Punta Cana.
Creative writing, is passing on a message in a way that not only will it be understood, but also integrated and comprehended. I can find the right words, tone and style that will achieve this; whether is an essay, an article, a slogan or a song. In all my previous hotels, I was in charge of the Service Directory and at Zoetry Agua Punta Cana I was responsible of all the publications in Social Media (Facebook, Twitter and Trip Advisor). I have also written songs and articles, hopefully soon enough I will get them published....(smile).
Translating is mostly just converting from one language to another with the appropriate grammar and construction, which I am capable of in three languages (english, spanish and french). However, I can also translate the meaning culturally to make sure that once in the new...
