In order to protect both parties we expect escrow to be funded prior to commencing any project on Elance.
For small projects of less than $200 - full payment can be made on delivery of work, and the quotation includes a maximum of 1 rewrite (or edit cycle for design work). If you require further rewrites this should be agreed upon before assigning us the project.
For larger projects of more than $200 - payment should be broken up into milestone deliverables and payment made against each deliverable. A maximum of 2 rewrites (or edit cycle for design rework) is available for large projects and any additional rewrites should be specified and agreed prior to awarding us the work.
All accounts should be settled within 10 days of completion of a project. I will invoke the Elance disputes process if payment is not received within 30 days. I reserve the right to assign a debt collector to collect unpaid amounts over 90 days old, this will involve an additional fee of 25-50% of the project cost for their costs and any legal proceedings required.
We want each and every one of our customers to be delighted with our work. If there’s something you’re not happy about during a project – please let us know, and we’ll fix it.
