I have experience in scientific programming in C/C++, MATLAB, R, and some SAS. I have special interests in statistics/biostatistics, and image/signal processing, and have 19 years experience in the processing and analysis of functional neuroimaging data. In February of 2010, I obtained a Master's degree in biostatistics, with a concentration in Bioinformatics. My Master's thesis was a simulation study of a matrix decomposition method called non-negative matrix decomposition.
