I hold a BSc. in food and nutrition with a post-graduate diploma in hospital dietetics and IOC Diploma in Sport Nutrition.
I am also a certified Hearth to Health facilitator and enjoy teaching culinary translation. I am passionate about both nutrition and food. I believe you can’t separate the two concepts…. but we do.
