I currently consult for a Fortune 250 company.
I have over seven years of applied I-O Psychology research experience working to improve organizational effectiveness for the U.S. Navy, DuPont, and Service Master. I have seven years of full time project management experience and over ten years of office experience. Primary areas of I-O expertise include: selection, statistical analysis, program evaluation, organizational diagnosis, experimental design, perceptions,...
I earned my Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational (I-O) Psychology from the University of Memphis in December of 2009 with a 4.0 GPA. I have several years of full time I-O Psychology consulting experience. While pursuing my advanced degrees I worked professionally as a practitioner, instructor, and researcher.
The past seven years of paid professional experience consulting for clients such as DuPont, the U.S. Navy, Applied Personnel Research, Performance Associates, and Behavioral Science Consulting have prepared me to work with you.
My research experiences and training have also equipped me to work with you. I am trained in the science of statistical analysis and in using SPSS. I have conducted studies on topics such as job satisfaction, social comparison, multi-tasking, team processes, and selection and classification of military personnel. I also have substantial experience presenting research findings to audiences with little scientific background. For example, at the University of Memphis I was the lead instructor for two Psychology courses, the teaching assistant for three courses, and have guest lectured in four classes. In addition, while working with DuPont and the Navy, I have presented research findings to top management personnel, other researchers within my organization, and at international conferences.
