I am educated up to Masters Level. I have seven years experience working in the public sector on mental health, youth unemployment, education and child poverty projects and am very interested in using education to tackle social exclusion and empower individuals.

I have a PGCE in Lifelong Learning DTLLS, and a specialist diploma to teach adult literacy. I have experience of teaching ESOL to adults from socially excluded backgrounds.
I have run training sessions on literacy and employment and am current developing sessions in Listening Skills or Professionals and Cultural and Linguistic Taboos for People Newly-Resident in Britain.
As a musician:
I am an experienced musician with performances at the Tate Britain, Royal Festival Hall and Latitude Festival and sessions and airplay on Radio 1, 6 Music and radio stations across Europe. I also have extensive experience of organising gigs and events.
My two current projects are Paul Hawkins and the Awkward Silences and the Count of Chateau Noir.
