Strategy - A clear strategy is about creating shared images of where we are headed. It includes both an inspiring vision for guidance and a strategy that gives a clear goal and direction for decisions.
Structure – a structure that provides clarity, confidence, cooperation, and good order is a key success factor in all major organisations and companies. This can be described through policies, systems, rules and routines, but it will not generate a value until the employees have a good understanding of its purpose and meaning.
Culture - Culture is about how people think, relate to each other, themselves and the events around them. Within the organisation, this can be seen for example in the values, leadership and teamwork issues. To actively work with how we think, make decisions, communicate and behave towards one another is central to the implementation of successful transformation.
