“I have worked with this provider previously and it has always been necessary to have a high level of involvement with the team to guide them in comprehending the underlying ideas and functionality required fo the given project.
However at least they tried to achieve the objectives, but this latest project was a disaster, as they chap they'd give my project was absolutely unresponsive and well below average.
I went to the extent of providing certain components for them to include on my site, and they will claim that ofcourse, but installation was as poor as could possibly be, and what was worse is the total lack of care in the quality of work in terms of form & function.
I finally gave up and will now have to redo some of the tasks afresh with a different provider, as its just not worth the bother.
For anyone out there, would only suggest using this provider for very basic tasks, not for anything more complex than basic coding.”
“If someone what to work on a project for months and expect to get paid for the 1 day then just go with him, and more over you will be blackmail on Feedback which may force you to work on task out of scope. About the complex task and easy task we have history on Elance working for different clients and there feedback. Hope no one need any other explanation after looking at the feedback and project details we did on Elance.
Good luck for anyone who want to get into a trap ”
Freelancer Feedback Comments for Client:
“We have worked on several projects with many clients. But, the experience was not very pleasant with this client. We have always been blackmailed over the ratings to indirectly force us to do the next jobs. We have always been tricked by under specifying the requirements and hiding extent of the job''s details in the RFQ while requesting estimation of efforts. A small tip of the iceberg was beautifully highlighted and asked to quote on a fixed cost basis. The task gradually emerges as huge amount of work. We did our best and did not mind to go even extra miles several times to meet the expectations of the client but, all efforts were wasteful.”
