I am an expert in doing the painfully detailed assessments that save painful mistakes later in the project. If it looks like a bad idea, I am not afraid to tell you. If it looks like there is a good solution, I will suggest it.

I figured out a way to build a megawatt on bay mud. And executed it in 90 days. Of course it took 4 months of prep time to be able to do that. I figured out a way to substitute pre-cast concrete for structural steel on another project, saved $4million in change orders and finished on time and on budget - on a very high profile project. I have built successfully in the high desert and in the swamps adjacent to the ocean.

I have done detailed due diligence and construction everywhere from Ontario Canada,to Puerto Rico, including Arizona, New Mexico, Illinois, Connecticut, Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and most certainly, California.

I just finished a Job Walk evaluation of a Central California project for a major East Coast EPC company that saved them tens thousands of dollars in bid preparation expenses on an extremely difficult and remote project that turned out to have a very low likelihood of profit. I did it on three days notice and got a full four page evaluation, annotated prints and photographic evidence back to them 36 hours after the completed walk.
