Criminal Appeals Drafting for Attorneys
   United States

Overview

I am an independent contractor and bar-certified attorney (contact me to verify my Bar information) providing high quality finished products of criminal appellate briefs and other legal motions. I will work for a fair and ethical distribution of what the client pays you for legal fees. I work for attorneys only, so please do not contact me if you are the client.
Attorneys, you keep the client happy, and I keep you happy by freeing you up to work on other cases instead of spending weeks writing a quality appeal.

Service Description

I am also a Florida Bar-certified attorney. I am an excellent writer and editor with attention to detail and fact-checking. I have my own access to Westlaw and Lexis, and I am certified in both. I provide three consultations to the attorney. The initial consult will provide a review and discussion what I believe are the issues for appeal. Second, after the first draft, we review and add/delete issues as needed. The third and final consult will be a review of the final appeal to the attorney-employer's satisfaction. The final appellate brief will include all relevant citations (in proper format depending on the filing court) and will be delivered on or before the deadline as agreed.

I am available for subcontract appellate work in states other than Florida, because the final product will be approved and filed by the attorney in that state.
