Primarily handling Health & Welfare and 401K Benefits Administration and ESPP (Employee Share Purchase Plan) processes.
Handling Payroll processes such as Leaves, Terminations, Bonus/Incentive Payments and Investigations.
Managing process queues and ensuring that the SLA with the client is regularly met by maintaining productivity, accuracy and timeliness standards.
Primary point of contact for all process related queries & issues. Handling client escalations.
Ensuring smooth virtual transitioning and stabilization of new processes from onshore.
As the senior most member of the team, responsibilities include training associates on the processes, assigning work to them and doing quality audit of their work. Monitoring associate progress, providing guidance and feedback to the associates. Co-ordinating between the Associates and Operations Manager.
Providing process related data and reports (MIS) on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to the Operations Manager to ensure smooth and effective functioning of the process. This includes Production Data, Individual and Team Scorecard, Error Tracking, Utilization, FTE Calculation and other relevant reports.
