It's been said that some people dream of worthy accomplishments, while others get them done.
My name is Reed Critchfield. Throughout my career, I have always been someone who got it done.
As a retired military officer with 27 years of leadership experience along with several years of management consulting and business experience, i bring a dearth of quality, relevant, sophisticated capability to the table.
Over the years I have developed a substantial skill set oriented toward business management, planning and written communication. These skills translate into the creation of high impact documents that are sharply focused and concisely worded. This is a whole new level of "attention to detail" that few people ever obtain.
Whatever your planning or communication needs may be; my objective is to deliver a polished, professional, product on time and on target.
In my closet, I have a multitude of hats. Some are timeworn and comfortable and I wear them regularly. Others are broken in and waiting for the right opportunity. But for all of them, the future is now.
Perhaps you think it a stretch to consider my 30 plus years of leadership, management and consulting experience in the military and private sectors as relevant to your needs. But, if the job requires well-honed communication skills, attention to detail, creativity and initiative then perhaps you should consider it very carefully.
A resume yields the what, where and when of a career, but what a resume cant do is tell the how and why. The how is with hard work, dedication, perseverance and an appreciation of the value of teamwork. The why is from my strong desire to excel and to make a difference.
I have over 30 years of leadership and management experience in the most diverse and demanding environment possible. I can see the big picture and I am focused on the bottom line.
I am perhaps the best administrator you will ever know. Having lead an organization with five subordinate headquarters and over fifty different occupational specialties, I know how to manage a multitude of dissimilar tasks, situations and people and bring them to a successful conclusion.
This capability comes from a keen sense of organization, strong communicative skills, sound leadership principles and excellent people skills. I get the job done. It is done right and it is done on time.
There comes a time, when textbook answers fall short of the objective. When the desired solution is not found inside the box. There are times when a fresh perspective is crucial to success. I will bring you that perspective.
Its impossible to capture the essence my skills and experience in this brief letter. But, the summary is simple. I know this tune, so lets dance!
