Payment Terms
Before the start of the project at least the first milestone needs to be funded. When a project is funded later than 3 days after the project is awarded new terms will need to be discussed and my availability may not be optimal anymore. Larger projects will require an initial payment of 25% of the project / the first month.

Standard proposals include a maximum of 3 requests for change per milestone / final asset. Requests for change that are outside the scope of the project, differ from the last agreement or are otherwise outside my responsibilities as artist, will have to be treated as a separate milestone. The changes will be billed on an hourly basis based on after calculation or a fixed amount mutually agreed on.

Sketches, designs and mockups are limited to 1 full revision unless other terms have been negotiated.

Rush jobs involving after hours will have a +25-50% surcharge, +100% for weekends and +200% for holidays and will need to be requested at least a day in advance. Unforeseen, immediate rush treatment will have additional charges if possible at all.

Upon cancellation of a project the funds of the current milestone need to be released in full. You have the option to have me complete the current milestone or deliver the work in its' most recent state. If less than a week before the end of the current milestone, then payment needs to be supplemented up to a week's worth. Hourly projects require a one week notice and need to be paid upon cancellation.

Finals are released after payment has been received. A preview version is always shown for evaluation, feedback, critique and comments.

All payments are due within 15 days of completion of the project.

Terms agreed upon in a contract or other written agreement will override these terms.
