I focus on finding the most effective and creative solutions by discovering and understanding user needs (involving users directly whenever possible), and combining them with business goals and desired or available technical capabilities to create a design plan that will offer the best possible results.
I then use my 15 years of interactive design expertise to create interfaces and experiences that have proven themselves every time.
