Service Description

I use to do 4 hours of transcription of recorded customer's calls for Citibank during the latter part of my Job for almost 1 year where I use to convert customer's conversation into word texts. The text files were used as guidelines in the training course of the new candidates for the enhancement of providing excellent customer service. I need a work environment which provides an exciting challenge and incentive to work harder and be more innovative to surpass the competition. I am known among my co-workers as a great team player. I am particularly good at completing the job within agreed deadlines with high level of accuracy. I have demonstrated PC navigation and data entry skills, typing and correspondence experience, strong oral and written communication skills, strong problem solving and decision making skills, utilizes tact when handling irate or difficult customers or clients; strong interpersonal skills, good organizational skills, and multitasking.
I am proud to offer high quality work and a reasonably quick turnaround time. I also never take on more work than I think I can handle. Furthermore, I do not recommend or use any type of speech-to-text conversion software, as it's extremely unreliable. I always double check my work for complete accuracy because if you are not satisfied, I feel that I have not done justice with the job.
