“EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: As of writing this feedback, this freelancer owes our company $480!!! This company, Reliance Services Inc, are absolutely unreliable, unprofessional, huge liars, opportunists, and use downright dirty tactics! Be aware, you have been warned. We signed a contract with them at the start of our job which was related with collecting data of buyers and suppliers as well as providing customer service for our company. We started with the former, and Reliance did not adhere to one of the terms of the contract which was giving weekly reports of work performed. In fact, their commander-in-chief, showed arrogance and disdain towards me when i insisted on a work report. After a long and strange fight, he agreed to show me evidence of work performed, but again with no proper report! Anyways, i did not even ask him for another report again, as i wanted to avoid fighting with this guy. A couple months passed, and finally i told him to stop the work and show it to me. I told him enough data has been accumulated and we need to move on to the next task, which was making email marketing templates, setting up an email marketing system, and then launching an email marketing campaign. Again, it took more than necessary time for them to provide us with the data entries, which we found to be deficient! We were angry and exasperated, as the deficiencies could have been avoided if Alex had provided us with reports along the way and we had an opportunity to review and give our feedback. Anyways, we paid them for 2 weeks for the email work, which never materialized! We wasted our entire June and July 2015 waiting for work which never materialized! Either he was sick, or out of office, or overworked, or spending holidays. Finally, we asked them to refund us our money!
