I am not like many other developers on Elance who bid on every single job posting and outsource your project further to somebody else at cheaper rates and keep there cut or sit around for hours just to make some money. I love life, and I want to spend 40 to 50 hours a week on something I have a passion for. In terms of software development, that usually means a project I can have an impact on.
So,you would be better off hiring somebody else if you are looking for someone who can quickly go down the predefined list of decomposed tasks.
On the other hand, if you need someone, who can quickly understand the domain and offer elegant solutions to difficult problems, someone thinking of the project as a part of his life and is available during the US business hours for regular updates and sessions – then our collaboration could be very successful.
