Starting from my Basic Introduction my name is Sam Harris and I have been living in Pakistan.
I have started my career in outsourcing industry since 2007. I love my work because in this industry to do any Job one must need very basic equipments i-e Laptop and High Speed internet. And I have access of both things all the time. Due to this very reason I am available 24 hours a day 365 Days in a year.
I had stepped in this industry as a Telesales Marketer as I have business educational background so during my first interview for a first BPO due to my verbal skills board of Members decided to give me opportunity to bring revenue for them from sailing their products. As I have a keen interest to talk to new people and make them aware of new things I proved myself as a top seller of that Company.
Due to this my first BPO decided to give me the designation of Sales Manager. As a team leader I proved myself and my skills and brought excellent revenue for them. After working there for two years I was switch to another Company because pervious company was shut down due to some clashes of share holders.
One of the share holders started his own inbound company and he wished to have me there to play managerial roles for his customer support services Department. I loved there to solve quires of Customers and got experienced in different types of CRMS.
After that I got a Good proposal from a MULTINATIONAL firm to join them as a Customer Support Services representative Manager.
