•Searching for candidates using online and proprietary recruiting databases as well as other tools. Recruiting via Internet job boards like Naukri, Monster.
•Responsible for recruiting candidates of all levels for various technical positions for our requirements.
•Interface with team members to develop and plan strategies for identifying unique candidates.
•Co-ordination with the clients from day one and constant monitoring till the candidate is on board.
