I am looking for a Cocoa (Mac) developer who can help us with integrating an off-the-shelf license protection system called License Protector, onto our software called Stillness Buddy (please visit [obscured] ).
(My usual Mac developer is busy with other projects at the moment, so we need an extra hand)

“The WORST Elance contractor EVER! -- I have been using Elance for 3-4 years and have posted 36+ projects. Of all the elancers I've worked with, shonfrazier was the most un-professional, impolite and un-cooperative freelancer I have ever worked with. Therefore, I strongly recommend NOT to engage him as a contractor.
I engaged shonfrazier in late April, to integrate an off-the-shelf licensing management system into my software application.
Soon after shonfrazier started working on this project, it came to my attention that the application had some buggy behaviour, which shonfrazier proceeded to fix. By June 26th, these issues had been fixed and shonfrazier was paid 30 hours for his work.
On June 27th, we had a Skype call, during which I acknowledged the extra work that shonfrazier had put in. Importantly, I also offered to pay shonfrazier 15-20 additional hours, for him to complete the integration of of the licensing system into SB. He agreed and committed himself to finishing the project.
However, from then on, I didn't see any progress. After a few weeks of not hearing back from him, I began to get concerned. I regularly followed up through Elance, by email, SKype and phone. He informed me in August that family matters were requiring his attention and I waited for those to be solved . Yet, weeks after this, still no progress had been shown.
Finally, on September 12th, 2 1/2 months after our call, he informed me that he was declining to do any further work, self-righteously asserting that "I am insisting that clients must stick to their specifications." Yet, it was him who had broken the agreement we had on June 27th.
This undue delay had a major impact and damage on my business and myself. ShonFrazier handled this project really unprofessionally. There was no communication from him and it was very difficult to get a response. (Obviously an apology was never even offered). Therefore, I strongly recommend you NOT to engage him as a contractor”
