Job details are only viewable by client and freelancer.
“Phew! I never thought that I will have to take up to all this. Before becoming an Employer at Elance I have worked as a freelancer for one year. During this freelancing time I have earned a 4.9 rating out of 5 as an average that comes from 12 of my jobs completed here at elance. Moreover looking at my skills my company hired me to start employing freelancers from elance and therefore I no longer bid here.
As an employer while I am writing this review I have already employed freelancers for 13 jobs and have never had an issue as such.
But this freelancer. BEWARE of him!!
This guy has a negative thinking which leads to all problems. He will ask for an advance before even the job has been started. Advance because he believes that people ditch him. Wow does that mean Everybody? He is very weak in english and therefore asks you for a telephonic and skype call which he expects to be in HINDI... english text, he does not understand. Now when you end up paying him for the advance for tasks you wish to get him developed he will induce bugs into those tasks which will end up spoiling other areas of your software which you will only come to know if you have actually been to that part. That is where you will be taken by surprise that this part was working perfectly fine before you could engage this guy and if you ask him to investigate this issue he will promptly say that this was not part of his job and ask you for more money to do that.
This will never end. So at the end of the day if you are not a technical person like me then you will just call it QUITS.So elancers(employers) never hire this guy. It will be your worst nightmare.
