My background includes over 15 years of HR experience, much of which has been in start-up environments, i.e., the company did not have a true HR unit/department in place and I was hired to develop it. I've had responsibility for as many as 450 employees and as few as 35 in a cross section of industries - manufacturing, construction, financial services, IT.
