I am a very hard worker and very goal oriented. I will never leave a task unfinished. I'm self motivated and very independent. The thing I like most about customer communications or support is that I am able to help someone and maintain professionalism. I am truly an expert in communicating and I love being professional. It's a nice sense of well being for me I guess. I also like to be the representing force behind a company. I understand how crucial the role for a company's representative to maintain politeness, professionalism, and ownership of a customer's concern is. Representatives, in most cases, are the front line for a company's reputation- it doesn't necessarily matter about the product or service being sold, but how well the company interacts with it's customers or clients and how customer issues are resolved.
