Service Description

I have been a Technical Support Representative for AT&T and Technical Support Professional Level 2 for a Financial Software called QuickBooks. The support requires us to do upselling and also create leads for our other products and services.

I always start my sales conversation with basic business-related questions for me to be able to understand the business process. Once I already have the idea of how the business is being done, I then start uncovering the needs. Once needs are uncovered, I will build the need for the product and maximize on its benefits and advantages to aide them in running their business. I will then start discussing the features and services of the product in a way that I relate them to their business process so that they will really see how it works with the type of business they are running.

Being a consistent top-seller of the account, I got promoted to a Sales SME (Subject Matter Expert) position. The position requires me to take sales escalations to further discuss the benefits and advantages of the products being sold and how it could help them grow their business. I also monitor the leads generated by the agents and make outbound/follow up calls to close the sale. At the same time, I do Data Client Review wherein I have to discuss to the clients our sales performance week on week. I do coaching with the agents and team managers as well to reinforce their knowledge on the product and to help them create good leads.
