I am able to perform all basic daily jobs such as correspondence (both UK and US English), meeting minutes, data entry or completion of any other simple administrative tasks that are required for your business. However, I do have a list of tasks that specialize in and that I have had the most experience with throughout my career.

DATABASE CREATION, DATA ENTRY & MANAGEMENT
I am able to take either raw data that you provide or data that needs to be researched and organize it in an existing database or one that you would have me create. I create databases in both Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access. You data will always be organized in the most efficient way of interpreting it, depending on the type of information that you have. You will have the ability to search and filter results, taking your computer full of information and making it accessible, organized and most of all, user-friendly. I have created and maintained a number of databases over the years. Most recently I created a patient database in Microsoft Access for a doctor whose patient files were all still maintained solely in hard copy. My attention to detail and ability to compile information in an easy to use format is of the utmost importance when creating these organization systems for businesses.
