Service Description
I am a South Korean with a variety of English communication experience including:

- studying in Australia as an exchange student for a period of 13 months;
- working as a customer service assistant as well as administrative assistant in Australia;
- volunteering for the poor in Australia.

I am highly confident with my both oral and written English communication ability. While completing two semesters as an exchange student in Australia I completed a number of assignments. I was able to write clearly and concisely, achieving solid academic results.

In addition to my studies in Melbourne, I have worked in various positions including a waitress, data entry officer and administrative support officer in Australia. Every position that I have involved required me to communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. I have managed to become an active listener and speaker as well as an articulate writer when it comes to written correspondence.

I have performed complex administrative and clerical tasks precisely in a timely manner throughout work experience. For example, I have been volunteering at Communities@Work as a data entry officer since November 2012. This role requires me to type documents, check records against databases and edit database information in relation to volunteer program with high attention to detail.

In early January, my supervisor recommended me for a paid position on a contract basis in order to fill a temporary vacancy. As part of my role as Administrative Support Officer role at Communities@Work I performed a variety of logistical, clerical and customer service functions including managing database, processing tax invoices, ordering promotional stationary and communicating with stakeholders both verbally and in writing. I have managed to become an active listener as well as an articulate writer when it comes to written correspondence. Using my computer skills and memo writing skills, I strived to meet the expectations of stakeholders, by providing accurate, useful and immediate administrative support within deadlines.

I have completed various translation work including advertisement and correspondence in Australia. I believe I always managed to grasp and process given translation work fast with high attention to detail.
