I'm a California-based US patent attorney. I have obtained over 110 patents for my various clients, and also do trademark and copyright work as well.
I focus my practice on patent drafting and prosecution for software (e.g. Internet, mobile apps) electronics, biomedical technology, medicine, and devices in general, but I also do other IP related legal work such as copyrights and trademarks.
In addition to drafting patents, I also do patent feasibility searches that can help you determine if it makes sense to pursue a patent application, as well as give you an early "head's up" on other patents. Additionally, I do more complex freedom of action searches and infringement analysis as well.
I can handle technically complex applications, and am also very good at handling difficult office actions and overcoming prior art objections.
