1. Act as a departmental head of the Human Resource Development (HRD) department of the QDL Factory.
2. Perform all jobs that are related to recruitment & selection process on the basis of requisition given by various departments.
3. Prepare and update employee’s job descriptions.
4. Arrange training program (Induction Training) for newly appointed workers, staffs and officers.
5. Prepare annual training schedule both internal and external for workers, staffs and officers of factory on the basis of training needs assessment form and take necessary steps to implement it.
6. Prepare earned leave plan for staffs and officers of the factory.
7. Take necessary steps to preserve copies of certificates and grade point of various training programs in personal file of the respective employees.
