How We Write An Articles:
Step 1) On what topic we have to exactly write about?
Brainstorm for ideas on it.
Step 2) We Figure out who our audience is: Writing for a beginner, an
intermediate, or an advanced audience? For example, if We
are writing an article about "Creating PowerPoint Slides,"
are the readers new to PowerPoint, or business people
looking for advanced tips?
Step 3) We Do research: How well we know the topic?
Is it something we can write easily about with little or
no preparation or do we need more information from
experts in that particular field?
Step 4) We Decide the length of the article: Teachers, magazines, and
newspapers are in limit. On the other hand as long as
they need to be and no longer.
Step 5) We Compile a list of possible sources for us to consult: This
can include documents, internet research and people to talk to.
Step 6) We write either an outline or a summary for an article:
This will help us in bring the concept of the article into sharper focus.
