I am SPHR certified by the HRCI. As an SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources), I took a rigorous test to be awarded certification, and continue to be recertified every 3 years through CEUs and other Human Resource projects.
I am Six Sigma Green Belt certified, which means my problemsolving skills are sharp and I approach problemsolving in a methodical, creative way.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Political Science (Pre-Law) and am finishing my Master's degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development.
