After a twenty-year career at United Services Automobile Association (USAA), I set out on an adventure to finally make my life's dream a reality. I became a published author. Once I achieved that milestone, I set out to broaden my dream and founded Efi Loo Publishing, Inc., in 2011. We currently have three published works and are on the path to add more to our family bookshelf; which includes audio versions of all our published books.
