After attaining my Master of Science in Statistics, I incorporated Tetragy Limited which is an IT startup focused on mathematical LAMP-related technologies.
My programming skills were attained through a combination of my education and working on various projects with my prior employers. My computer training began modestly with my cousin's TI-99/4A using TI BASIC. The first application that I created was a journal that recorded data to audio tapes in the early 80s when I was ten years old.
After graduating a valedictorian from high school, I completed my first college degree which was an Associate of Science in computer science from Montgomery County Community College. While taking Introduction to Unix there, I created my first HTML page which was about the emu, an Australian bird related to the ostrich.
In 2001, I returned my native West Virginia to continue pursuing my bachelor's degree in Mathematics which I completed with a minor in computer science in 2003. That Fall, I began my MS in statistics while also a graduate teaching assistant for West Virginia University. My courses culminated in the research thesis I successfully defended in Fall of 2006.
Tetragy Limited was formally incorporated in 2009 in the Philadelphia suburb of Montgomery Township.
