“The project was for a dozen business related articles, with a quick turnaround time. The contractor did not respond to my initial task to say he was starting work. He did not ask any questions about the writing style or content. He also did not send me 2 articles per day until completion, as I had specified in the job description.
After a (one day) late delivery, I read through the articles and found them to be extremely verbose. There was a lot of "fluff" and it was not "easy to understand" as I had specified.
Overall I was disappointed. I expected higher quality work, more relevant to my project. Ultimately, I paid a lot for these articles which I could not use.”
