We are a husband and wife team, living and working out of our PIttsburgh home on Fleming Avenue. We do many things on our own, but our best work is collaborative. That's why we're doing Elance together.
Much of my writing experience comes from my time at University. I graduated from Grove City College in 2008 with a BA in English (QPA 3.66) and Philosophy (QPA 3.57). In school I did extensive academic writing, including two theses:
"Cunning Objects: the Loss of the Subject in Jean Baudrillard’s Fatal Strategies and Don DeLillo’s White Noise”
"Walker Percy and the Poetics of Ideas: Understanding Lancelot as Bakhtinian Dialogue"
"Directing Uncle Vanya" was produced at at the Grove City College One Act Festivals in Fall 2006
"The Privacy of Home” was produced in 2009.
A book-length poetry collection from which was taken several poems published in the campus literary magazine (“Gina Smith,” “Dead Leaves,” and “Dedication”).

After college I spent much of my time working in theater (for very little money) and writing on my own (for no money). Out of that time I have three projects I am still perfecting, including a collection of short stories (Other Lives), two novellas, and a full length reworking of my play The Privacy of Home.
