Service Description

I research, create and edit a wide variety of writing material that includes web, technical and article writing along with the areas noted above. I also coach and tutor writers and offer developmental writing services. I have personal and professional experience with these areas at the undergraduate and graduate school level, in government and private law sectors, and at public and private community colleges.

While at the California State Courts, I designed and developed training guides and user instructions for beginning and intermediate Microsoft Office Suite programs and for a Novell GroupWise course. I also designed and developed procedural manuals for courtroom staff practicing in a variety of legal specialties. Those guides were used to train staff in the processing of casework and in performing Courtroom tasks.

As a paralegal at a large construction litigation law firm, I analyzed and summarized many types of complex case information, reduced that information into plain language format, and it was used during the discovery and evidentiary phase of litigation.

Starting with an analysis of client needs, and after a careful review of information gathered through interview and research, I develop an approach to projects that blends the most efficient methods of delivering results without compromising quality. That helps towards delivering results on budget and on time.
