Service Description

I am seeking jobs that take advantage of my skills and experience. I have an Associates Degree where my focus has been on Business Administration. I am not going to school at this time but may return in a few years to complete one more year of credit hours to receive my Bachelors degree.

I have experience working in a variety of business environments such as; retail, manufacturing, newspaper, textile, and real estate. I have managed projects and small teams as well as answered phones and provided customer service. I have served as the chairman of the employee relations committee for the company where I worked. This role entailed scheduling and preparing for motivational events, company breakfasts, special luncheons, fund raising projects and company picnics.

I am experience with taking meeting minutes, trascribing audio format to document format, preparing and typing up real estate contracts, taking pictures for advertisments, creating forms, bulletins, and brochures. I am proficient with mail merge using MS Word and as well as setting up and performing data migration from one system to another.

I have experience with Payroll using ADP and Quickbooks. I know how to set up employee files, enter time, calculate, pay and report payroll taxes, manageing employee vacation time, sick time, leave time, etc..., as well as processing and transferring payroll information via modem and/or internet connection.
