I am detail-oriented, creative, and serious about the work I take part in. I have been writing fictional works since I was in high school, and have not stopped since. The more creative and unique a project is, the more it draws my attention. I pay very close attention to time lines, character psyches, and overall plot progression in order to make a work flow not only sensibly, but realistically and correctly. I first became interested in fictional writing when I was a Freshmen in high school. After school, during study hall, at lunch - anywhere, really - I was overwhelmed by the characters and situations created by my friends and I in a world where we were the main characters and anything was at our disposal. Throughout the four years I was in high school, we built on this story more and more, creating an enormous novel that we have read amongst ourselves time and time again.
All my life I have enjoyed role-playing and role-playing games. I've been to many faires in character, and I have hosted dozens of games. Among my friends, my stories are their favorites, and they are never patient enough between sessions to see what I have planned for the next get-together.
Stemming from my gaming experience, I began writing a novel based on one of my most successful Dungeons & Dragons plots. I have been working on this project for over ten years now, and it has progressed far beyond the scope of a few characters I created for a game. This project alone takes up numerous documents, notebooks, binders, and folders in my house. It has its own filing cabinet filled with tons of information on everything the world holds within itself. I've sketched character drawings, maps, and places in this world, and have developed well over 100 detailed characters each with a unique history and story behind them.
