I cater in taking supervisory calls from CSR level if customers are unsatisfied. Submitting of Hourly reports for updates and EOSR (End of Shift Report) stats and ranking of the team. And also caters on the monthly evaluation of each agent under my team.
As the Executive Assistant to the Director, I cater to the needs of the Site Director such as managing schedules, preparing travel documents and itinerary, and creating reports materials. I monitor the Operations activities and I coordinate to the Operations Team and coordinate with various departments. I am in charge of the approval of schedules of the operations managers. In addition, I create concept papers for the Site’s various monthly activities and promo and coordinate implementation.
