Service Description

With a professional career spanning more than a decade in the categories of Administrative and Business Services, I believe that I possess the key and essential skills for the successful performance of tasks ranging from general and simple to advanced and complex assignments.

Some of the simple tasks I have done are encoding, data entry, filing and storing of documents, contacting clients and suppliers and even running errands for my supervisors. As I gain more work experience and wisdom, I did executive assistance, schedule management, information research, documentation, liaising and negotiations, event planning, project coordination, business correspondence and other tasks that support business operations.

Having a college degree in Management Accounting, I have been given the opportunity to do invoicing, billing, payroll, account receivable and payable management, chasing delinquent payments and reconciliation of accounts. I have also done bookkeeping wherein I record financial transactions into a customized accounting software, QuickBooks, MYOB, Xero and even into a manual spreadsheet from which I generate financial reports and other customized reports being used to arrive at business decisions. I have also done auditing to ensure that no financial resources of the company have been wasted.
