Roles & Responsibilities: • Join as Senior Customer Support Representative.
• Provided Customer Support for Scottish Power UK customers regarding their Utility bills.
• Receive scanned letters and emails regarding their accounts. Reply back by drafting letters, emails.
• Part of the pilot batch, lot of client interaction over the phone and by emails.
• Also worked for Change of Tenancy department (COT). Used to call the customer, property agents for change of tenancy details and perform COT action.

• Worked as temp trainer to train new hired batches. Provided them knowledge about Communication Skills, product, handling customers' contacts.
