• Understand the bid requirements, identify information loopholes, suggest improvements
• Develop process flow charts, document procedures and maintain ICAP repository
• Harvest intellectual capital developed during engagements from sales / bid team members.
• Work closely with Proposal Writers and maintain strong linkages with the Proposal Management and Solution Offerings communities.
• Prepare proposal assets and solution abstracts with assistance from sales / bid teams.
• Maintain ICAP repository and conduct research to support client engagements.
• Maintain networks of Country, IMT, GMT, Region and Geography Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) who contribute to the intellectual capital repositories (i.e. Market Intelligence, Corporate functions, competitive information, offerings, pricing methodologies, technical, etc.).
