I chose Webzler for a 2nd project based on the success of the 1st. I'd had major hassles previously dealing with some other Indian companies & was feeling frustrated, jaded, not confident.
Webzler's quote and a thorough discussion with John (one of the project managers) seemed too good to be true.
The quote was amazingly good & there were just far too many good reviews to ignore (on other websites), so I awarded Webzler the 1st project and no hesitation awarding the 2nd.
~ Value for money: EXCELLENT
~ End result: EXCELLENT
~ Communication: EXCELLENT English skills (John). If I send an urgent message John responds very quickly, even if not at the office. Some inefficiencies with the broader team comprehending instructions, requiring repeat requests. I've discussed with John & he's willingly implemented suggestions to streamline.
~ Responsiveness: Often unbelievably fast/efficient, though not always. Time zones can have an impact. Valid to mention also, as a PR consultant I've sub-contracted companies here in Australia with good reputations & high prices & their responsiveness was not as good as Webzler's.
~ Completion date: John's estimates are optimistic, but I find this consistent with most web folk. I ALWAYS assume completion will take half as long again, which works well. I think Webzler's estimates are based on how fast they work (REALLY fast) but needs to factor in inevitable delays - 1) time zone 2) delays & tangents at the client's end 3) glitches (standard/expected).
~ Attitude: EXCELLENT. Above & beyond, nothing too much trouble, they genuinely want you to be happy/best end result possible, & they'll do whatever it takes to ensure it.
~ Ethics: EXCELLENT. Staff well looked after, low turnover, quality management. No sweat shop here. (I discussed this thoroughly).
~ Summary: Top shelf! Massive savings, excellent outcome, great team, impressive post-project support, genuine customer service - I'm a very happy client!
