In 2011, Tiffany launched her own executive coaching practice and has provided career consultations, resume/cover letter updates, mock interviews, and job search advice to leaders in Finance, IT, Healthcare, Entertainment, Media, Communications, Marketing, Arts, Law, Engineering, Manufacturing, and beyond. Tiffany has helped 175 private clients and earned over 125 testimonials on Elance. The majority of her new business comes from former clients/referrals and at least 15% of her client base works abroad.
Prior to executive coaching and recruiting, Tiffany worked in college career centers at Drexel University and Vanderbilt University, helping students find internships, full time positions and with general career exploration. She also organized 15 career fairs and coordinated the Vandy in Hollywood and Vandy on Madison Avenue internship programs. From 2006 to 2013, she traveled around the country meeting with recruiters and alumni at Google, Apple, Facebook, Yahoo, Genetech, Dell, NBCUniversal, HBO, MTV, and a number of other Fortune 500 companies.
Tiffany earned her Master of Education (counseling) from the University of Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Arts with honors in Psychology from Vanderbilt University.
