Service Description

I provide experienced, thorough, dependable copyediting and writing services for full client satisfaction.

I was assigned as writer and editor of the SGV & Co. team engaged by the Asian Development Bank to revise the ADB Loan Disbursement Handbook, which was printed in June 1996. In later years, I was manager of our editing unit responsible for screening and training the firm's editors and was senior editor of publications for clients such as Doing Business in the Philippines, Tax Bulletin, Executive Bulletin, The SGV Review, and the firm newsletter. Three of the publications I edited won the Anvil Awards given by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines. The Anvil Awards are considered the "Oscar's of Philippine public relations."

After I left the professional firm, I started doing freelance work. I am on my third year as Consultant-Editor of Staff Memos, a publication of the School of Economics of the University of Asia and the Pacific, one of the country's leading universities. I also edited the Human Resources Policy Manual for a Philippine bank as a Consultant-Editor of PrimaryEdge, Inc., a Philippine company.
