Hello,
My name is Lynn Insley. I am a qualified Social Worker and Teacher of Further Education, who has considerable experience in the voluntary sector. For over 30 years, I have created and developed projects. During this time, I have assisted with the setting up of a family business, where I was primarily involved in office management and customer service. In the 1970's I worked at two of the first call centres in Britain, going on to deputy supervise one.
Between 1988 and 2000, I worked for a college of further education, where I taught and coordinated a course, produced teaching materials, wrote reports and articles for the college journals.
In 2001, I became joint founder of a nationally recognised voluntary group, applying for and gaining charitable status. As a volunteer, I set up and ran a telephone help line and email response service, wrote reports, fact sheets and literature for the website.
I now work from my home based office on anything that will utilise my skills and indulge my enjoyment of working with people. From my home office, I have had considerable experience as a freelance PA Virtual Assistant in the Education and Property Sectors. I have also worked in online Customer Service and telephone and email response, and worked on exciting projects such as Eurostar and NSPCC.
