“Paid $2139 for a "helpdesk" software that barely functioned and ultimately abandoned. Seller promised a 45 day delivery in early December which is supposed to be finish by end of January at the latest. In June, I disputed the project but was unable to get any portion of my money back.
The seller claims that I didn't reply for 3 months, which is completely untrue. I was asking for updates at least once every other week through the month of March. There were early versions provided during the feb/mar time frame, but they were completely unworkable and needs revisions. April did a "relatively stable" but still unusable to our needs get delivered but by that time I had already given up on the project.
The seller claims that they know exactly what we wanted, and can deliver it on time and exceeding my expectations with a "5-10 day buffer". But that was completely false, I lost over $2000.
In the end, I went with Zendesk (which developer said i shouldnt use) paid them $500, and two weeks later, I was able to have my fully functional customer service interface finished and running.”
