1. COMMUNICATION GAPS - They cannot deny the fact that communication was the most impressive part and was more than twice of development time as we had to use Skype, Email, Trello, Slack for communication and status update DAILY. Every week we had hangout meetings with them and their clients in OUR NIGHT TIME and sometimes we had to take 5 meetings a week. Kanwarpal and Ravindra were always available for assistance. The truth is that we never refused to take meetings and client knows that very well.
2. ABILITY GAPS - Every time we submitted the work we did not get feedback on time because their clients were always busy, and after few months suddenly they burst out with the feedback and lots of Change Requests for the work done months ago. They were happily accepting work and paid us on time and now all of a sudden you found ability issue.
Actual reason for the delay was that we never got clear and written requirements. Also, no one from client side was available to answer our queries, for every small thing we had to schedule a meeting with their client to discuss. Project Management was poor from client side, their PM was helpless and had no idea what is going on. Everytime we had to explain everything in detail to their PM, their client and other team''s developer that want we already updated on trello.
The foremost thing is that if we were lacking in quality, cost and communication then WHY did they assign Four consecutive projects to us in the period of Eight months?”
