We need someone to manage our help desk (ZenDesk) for 20 hours a week consistently and to simply reply to people who can be replied to or assign tickets to other users if needed.
In all cases, we're looking for reliability. We simply need someone guaranteed to be there for at least 8 hours each weekday that we can depend on.
